Privacy Policy

Life Performance Dashboard is a personal operating dashboard for tasks, calendar planning, body signals, reviews, inbox notes, and personal memory candidates.

The app may store account and authentication data, tasks, calendar records, captured notes, body and symptom logs, WHOOP-derived data, Google Calendar data, AI-generated drafts and candidates, action logs, automation prompt logs, memory candidates, and approved operating memories.

The app uses Supabase for authentication and database storage. Google Calendar data is accessed only when you connect Google Calendar. WHOOP data is accessed only when you connect WHOOP. OpenAI is used for user-triggered AI features such as summaries, drafts, classification, and memory candidates.

Data is used to show your dashboard, scores, reviews, insights, and prepared actions. Connected data is synced when you connect integrations. AI summaries and memory candidates are generated only from user-triggered actions.

• It does not sell user data.
• It does not expose tokens or secrets in the UI.
• It does not send emails or external messages automatically.
• It does not write to Google Calendar without explicit user action if writeback is ever added.
• It does not auto-approve memories.
• It does not make medical diagnoses or treatment plans.

You can disconnect integrations. You control memories through approval, editing, and deactivation. User actions that write records require explicit approval where applicable.
